Caring for Your Bespoke Waxed Furniture
Here at DAB, we love crafting elegant, bespoke wooden furniture and we use a high end beeswax to finish the job. We want your furniture to stay looking great forever, which is why every order comes with complete with a DAB furniture care kit, including a jar of wax in your chosen finish.
Real, natural wood climatizes and settles in new homes. Also, tragedy sometimes strikes. Bashes or falls can knocks or minor can happen. Be assured. They’re easy to touch up with a little care and will keep your furniture new for life.
How to Touch Up Waxed Furniture

Clean – Wipe the area with a soft, dry cloth to remove debris.

Apply – Use the microfibre cloth and a small amount of wax from your care kit, then caress it into the affected area.

Buff – After 5 minutes, gently buff with a clean cloth to blend. Allow to dry overnight.
Woods Natural Movement
Natural splits look delightful when finished with wax. If a natural split appears in the wood, no problem. It’s all part of the woods natural movement. Simply use the free DAB furniture care kit and follow the steps above. Also, over the years, applying a regular coat of wax keeps your furniture looking well groomed.
