Returns Policy

At DAB we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we’re here to help! Please read our returns policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be in their original condition: unused, and with all sent accessories
• Most items, such as custom-made pieces, are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
3. Ship the Item: We will use a trackable shipping method to send your item back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.
